Arbour Crossing

Arbour Crossing, is a new 29 lot residential subdivision being developed in the South West area of Minden Hills. There are 7 models to choose from that range from approx. 1214’sqft to 1776’sqft with both 2 and 3 bedroom models available. All will be well appointed with engineered hardwood floors, porcelain tile in kitchens, bathrooms and main floor laundry room with carpet in the bedrooms, with the option to upgrade. The layout can also be adjusted to your needs. All the models were designed with mobility in mind, main floor will not have any step, will have wider doorways, a sunken (floor level) shower in the ensuite and blocking in the walls for possible future use to accommodate grab bars and hand holds. The Georgian Kitchens come standard with Kstone quartz countertops, Moen fixtures are throughout.

The exterior will be Stone on the front of the building up the wall 4’ft(approx.) and then vinyl siding with upgrades available, limited lifetime warranty Landmark Pro Designer shingles, Straus Berger casement style Windows, covered decks both front and back with an option to have DuraDec decking and/or screen/close them in for 3 season use. Garage doors are insulated and wired for garage door openers.

The full concrete poured basement accessed by oak stairs that lead to a finished area at the bottom with a door to separate the basement. Good sized windows for lots of natural daylight and will be ready to finish to your taste. The well insulated building will be heated by way of a propane furnace. 100 amp service, fibre optic internet etc. and the only area in Haliburton County with municipal water and sewers.
